Friendly staff and convenient location enhance stay

The staff at La Quinta Inn were genuinely welcoming and attentive, making us feel valued throughout our visit. The hotel's proximity to local attractions and the concert venue was a major plus, facilitating easy access without the hassle of long drives.

Had a very very good stay for the price, everything was good. The room itself was brand-new on the first level and had essentials we needed. It was a convenient location for us, very close to Botanical Gardens, the attractions and the space museum. Furthermore, close to restaurants.

The check-in staff was friendly, but the room fell short. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, allowing for a decent night’s sleep. The carpet had an unpleasant odor, reminiscent of dirty socks. In the bathroom, old soap stains marred the tiles, and the tub was stained and outdated. Dust clung to corners, and the windows had clearly not been cleaned in a while. Despite the spacious layout, the room felt neglected, and maintenance issues, like a malfunctioning toilet, arose quickly. It lacked the necessary attention essential for a pleasant stay.

Great location, but the room had a bad smell.

The breakfast food was fresh, different choices to eat like muffins, toast and hot waffles. I loved the room and its cozy decor. It was based in nice building in a favourable and unbeatable location, in the area.

Disappointing experience. Charged for a reservation I canceled—John was helpful with the cancellation, yet the front desk staff was unprofessional and dismissive. Upon arrival, the hotel felt poorly maintained. We faced numerous issues: no hot water, lack of clean towels, and a room infested with roaches. The room was cramped and neglected. Despite the breakfast being decent, the overall environment felt chaotic and unwelcoming, marred by debris from ongoing renovations and staff indifference. A minor highlight was a friendly checkout staff member. Unfortunately, no resolution has come from management regarding my refund. Improvement is essential before considering a return. Would not recommend.

I was shocked by how filthy our room was. The bathroom had remnants from previous guests, the carpet was sticky, and the tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages.

breakfast was spartan. can't they afford a dishwasher?!? it's all plastic and disposable crockery and cutlery. for what it was, breakfast was way overpriced. you don't have to add it to the price. that's good. it's a noisy place on a busy highway. there are also rooms to the back that are quiet.

Nice choice for a weekend vacation in Huntsville with incredible value for money. Great shower in the room.
